This new method has many advantages apart from the\u00a0technical<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0economical<\/strong>\u00a0ones. This revolutionary method is based on the use of vibrations created by sound waves delivered at frequencies between 200 and 400Hz in a closed space.<\/p>\n

The sound is delivered by a special transmitter known as SONOFORCE\u00a9. SONOFORCE\u00a9 is able to support temperatures over 1000\u00b0C and that can be installed anywhere in an industrial plant (boiler, furnace, heat exchanger …).<\/p>\n

The power is provided by compressed air and the electric control by a SOLENOID VALVE.<\/p>\n

A large operational level is ensured by a single removable piece: the transmitter’s membrane (diaphragm).<\/p>\n

A good sonic cleaning is ensured by the installation of a certain number of transmitters in the plant with an automatic control unit set for the entire duration of the operation (about 15 to 30 seconds) and the interval between each transmission.<\/p>\n
