Set up of an Emergency Populations Warning Siren and of an Internal Operation Plan (POI), with two control boards placed in the control room of the security department of the site and one siren ECN 3000 on Arkema plant coupled to three existing sirens of the city (La Barthe Neste, Lannemezan Capvern. Zone PPI of 8km).
