Why should i install an emergency population warning siren?

The alert of the population consists in delivering a signal, released by the authorities during an emergency phase, to warn the population of a imminent or current danger, that could affect their physical integrity and require a safe reflex behavior.

Thus, the warning was only deliver to make people behave safely, which simply means, get shelter from danger: evacuate or shelter in a building, waiting for further information.

What are the difference between industrial sirens and national alert sirens?

The main difference is that the sirens, part of the National Alert System, are directly managed by the state or locals authorities – whether for the maintenance or the trigger – and industrial sirens (or PPI Sirens) are under the control of the private operator.
